  I order a calzone by phone at 0423 pm. Arrived at 0456 pm and paid with my bank card and was told it was going to take a few more minutes. The staff look care free with the stereo blasting high and they could not hear persons on the phone when taking orders.
  
  Everyone else received their food, even walk in's . At 0514 I asked how much longer my order was going to take and was told that my order had not been started at all. I then asked for my money back and the employee could not locate my receipt. It took another twenty minutes more to get my refund.
  
  My recipt was found on the ground.
  
  I will never go back to Brooklyn Pie again, the staff looked at me and never asked about my order or cared to ask why I was standing there, they we're more concerned with the music and talking to each other.
  
  WORST experience ever as a customer anywhere. I was told that the problem was the machine and it never printed my order, funny it worked for all other customers while waiting for over twenty five minutes.

  The pizza is good but don't rely on having it delivered. Was told it would be delivered in 35-45 minutes. An hour and 20 minutes later the pizza finally showed up.
  
  By the time the pizza finally showed up it wasn't even hot.
