  I have never eaten at a Longhorn Steakhouse before. For my birthday, my daughter decided that we should order the food, and pick it up because the weather was going to be bad. I went to pick up, and the take out girl was super sweet. As we were going over the order, we noticed that part of it wasn't there. They were so concerned about the grits not being in the bag, that we didn't go over the rest of the order. We got home and the extra baked potato was not in the bag. I called the manager, and he was quick to throw the girl under the bus. He never told me his name either. I said that on her behalf, she was trying to get the grits and was very friendly (Zandil). He said that he put that order together himself, and there were no grits. I said I would be glad to take a picture of the receipt to prove it (included in this review). He became nicer, and said he would send a gift card, since they had over charged us for food that we didn't receive. Weeks went by, and we never got anything. Today, my handicapped mom and myself drove over to the restaurant to talk to a manager. This male was not friendly and never told us his name either. I suspect from his behavior that it was the same one. So...we hit toll roads twice to get there, called once to complain & never received anything, was overcharged on the initial meal, and had to wait extra the first night for some of the order not being complete. This was horrible service! If I were the company, I would be embarrassed that the managers they hired would treat customers that way. I'm a public school teacher, and if I treated a parent like that...I would be written up. I never plan to visit any Longhorn Steakhouse, as this was very hard to get to & we had to pay tolls...but above all...the service was horrendous! Shame on them!
