  I enjoy going to this HEB, I have been helped when needed and I am patient when they look for a certain product. For an early Thanksgiving Feast for my friends I asked the meat department to help me with which ham would be best. He can around the counter, helped me find a good ham and offered a coupon to get a free turkey!
  
  I feel comfortable shopping here and know that they are always offering a bundle of food items to help pay for low income families like myself.

  My husband and I lived within 1 mile of this HEB for the last 4 years. We don't steal. We have respectable jobs and conduct ourselves respectfully in public.
  In the last year or two, every time we enter this HEB before we reach an aisle there is a security person attached to our every move.
  Our only crime is that we are Black.
  
  I've spoken with other Black neighbors and friends who have had the same experience. I realize security has a job to do but targeting all Black patrons is racist, annoying and unnerving. Not to mention stressful and hateful.
  
  I know it's too many White and Hispanic patrons to target them. But assuming all your Black customers are thieves is horrible. Every store does racial profiling but in a local market, you need to learn your consistent regular customers and respect and appreciate their business.
  
  We help pay your salary too.
