  We went for a light lunch. Started off pretty good-the girl who took our order was nice and the food came out quickly and looked good. But midway through my cheddar broccoli soup, I noticed my bowl was dirty - like I could scrape the inside of it and remove the brown stuff to reveal the white of the bowl. I took it inside and the girl I talked to just gave me a blank look and literally asked, "What do you want me to do about it?"
  She then proceeded to acknowledge that they were aware of the dirty dishes, blamed the night staff saying they were "lazy" and "don't want to do their jobs".
  So they already knew but weren't checking the dishes. Her nonchalant attitude made it that much frustrating. I gave her the bowl and walked out. I didn't want to cause a scene but that is not ok. I will not be going there and I will most definitely be sharing my experience with friends who do.

  Decent food and a very friendly staff. The desserts/pastries are very good. It's a good place for a quick lunch or have some coffee and dessert on the outdoor patio.

  Stopped by here for breakfast; mom had delicious pancakes, Abby had the texas scramble, and I got a salad. Pancakes were on the small size but very tasty. Salad was the bomb, I substituted the blue cheese for goat cheese! The potatoes came out cold but the staff brought fresher warm ones. I have had a sandwich from here, which was also very tasty.

  Nice cafe atmosphere. Semi European feel with American food influences - California and southern.
  Great simple menu choices.
  Definitely a step above Panera. Staff was quite, but on their game.
  
  The commuter croissant would be too messy to eat, with out being at a table. But the bacon with the cheese is the best.
