  Service was OK. I had ordered an original sirloin steak medium and was given a well done... Mother as well didn't get her steak correctly. She also ordered decaf coffee and got regular coffee instead. The food, besides the cooks not knowing how to cook steak, wasnt so bad but the mashed potatoes had a weird after taste and putting melted cheese on top of potatoes was an odd approach imo. Drinks also had a weird acidic after taste. Sirloin Stockade, with the right cook, can make better, more flavorful steaks.

  Service was seriously lacking in speed. When bringing the appetizers, they failed to leave napkins and then no straws. Had to beg for necessary condiments or items that are necessary to complete the task of eating. Portions were DE MINIMUS and mostly vegetables. Other than that, horrible compared to Dallas locations.

  The services was awful... We didn't get our orders taken for 30 mins.. there was two adults and one child... I'm a very understanding person being I have been a waitress but leaving a table without drinks and then not getting simple chips and dip out for 30 mins and it taking two hours in chili's for just an appetizer and simple dinner plates is not good. Then when we went to pay the manager acted like we where trying to walk out on tab when we stopped at the front to pay because our server never came back!! Then didn't offer to do anything for the bad experience... Never will go here again! Or any chili's for that matter.
