  It's one of your friendly local restaurants. When we first looked at the menu, we thought it was slightly over priced. However, when our food arrived and we saw the portion, we understood why! It was worth it. All the food was very good. It would be 5 star if the table wasn't so sticky when we sat down.

  This place seems to be going downhill. I came in this morning for breakfast with my son. I use to love their crab cakes eggs benedict. I got then with a side of tomatoes. It was tasteless, dry even with the hollandaise sauce on top. Seriously hardly could eat it. The tomatoes were small and flavorless as well, as if they went with the cheapest supplier instead if being concerned with quality. I went to the restroom and had one of those Texas sized tree roaches crawl across the floor in front of me. Seriously, you are in Texas; invest in monthly exterminations! The cost was also quite a bit higher than our last trip. The only reason this place got two stars was because my son had the hash skillet and it was wonderfully flavored. Thirty three dollars I regret spending though.

  I have been here for brunch, breakfast, and lunch and enjoyed my self every time. The staff is kind. The breads are excellent. The food is tasty and greasy. The pies are cute and tasty. The prices are perfectly fair. I really enjoy this place. It is the perfect comforting breakfast place.
